​I am honored to say that I will be taking the position of Secretary General and Co-Director at this year’s TMUN event. For the past three years, I have dedicated myself to making TMUN as great as it can possibly be. Over the years, TMUN has helped me cultivate my public speaking and presentation skills. As a part of this year’s executive secretariat, I hope to give participants the same opportunity to gain self-confidence and valuable experience in presentation and debating. TMUN has served as an opportunity for me to engage in fruitful discussions about current world affairs. It has allowed me to both learn new things and socialize with many new and interesting people, and form lasting friendships. I hope this TMUN also does the same thing for all of you, and that you engage in a fruitful debate in your respective committees. See you soon!

Now looking back at the past two years of TMUN which I have participated as the ambassador in ICJ and the president of ICJ, I am more than certain that TMUN has taught me the most valuable and extraordinary traits that one can ever earn as the future leader of the global society; speaking up for the truth, having eager for the ultimate justice, and putting into an action. In the Tangier Model United Nations General Assembly, we will address the current global issues from the perspectives of various countries, acknowledge the ongoing international relations, and seek for the most “just” pathways for worldwide peace. As a President of the General Assembly, I will make sure that all the participants get that honorable opportunity to trace my path to learn the genuine leadership that the 10th TMUN will provide. I am indescribably thrilled to meet the participants at the most successful MUN conference throughout the history of TMUN.

I’m honored and proud to be this year’s TMUN Executive Advisor and Deputy to the Secretary General. For the past three years I have been given the pleasure to be a part of the TMUN.I have been a delegate and an ambassador and hope that for my first year on the panel,that we have the most productive and fruitful debates. I have learnt many great things from this program as well as a multitude of improvements in my communication ,debate, and problem solving. I hope that my fellow members of the court team and I give this year’s participants a wonderful and memorable experience,that they will always cherish. Our goal is also to help participants develop self confidence as well as improve their problem solving and their ability to communicate ideas to one another. Finally,I believe and hope that you engage in fruitful and enjoyable debate.

I am truly honored to be part of this year‘s TMUN Conference as the Deputy President of the General Assembly. AST’s  annual Model United Nations is an experience to say the least. It has helped me and multiple other students to better our confidence, public speaking and debating skills. TMUN is also an amazing opportunity to work on critical thinking and engage in productive debates with fellow delegates. TMUN offers students the chance to meet students from numerous cities and gives us students the opportunity to form friendships with one another. We are working on making this TMUN our best one yet. I have been participating in TMUN since middle school and have since then dedicated myself to making it an unforgettable experience for all participants, including myself. TMUN has really shaped me as a person. It gave me the opportunity to engage with people from different backgrounds, helped me enrich my public speaking and social skills, and has taught me so much about the world we live in. TMUN is an experience that I would highly recommend people to take part of, as it could open doors to plenty of opportunities.
